In an Op-Ed published by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Ed
Foulke reviews the credentials of the new U.S. Labor Secretary
Eugene Scalia. In the piece, Ed suggests that Scalia will
aggressively battle against intrusive and overreaching regulations
that hamstring the country's employers, and will quickly endear
himself o the business community in Georgia and across the U.S. It
is likely, he says, that Scalia will influence legislation and
regulation around workplace safety, pay equity, immigration and the
Family and Medical Leave Act.
