The European Commission has included in its Work Programme for
2015, which was adopted on 16 December 2014, the codification of
seven Company Law Directives as one of the actions the Commission
intends to take over the course of 2015. This exercise was first
announced in the Commission's Action Plan for 2012 (which was
discussed in the April 2012 edition of this newsletter).
