The CFTC granted London-based NEX SEF Limited ("NEX
SEF") full registration status with the CFTC as a
swap execution facility ("SEF"). In lieu of compliance
with certain confirmation, recordkeeping, reporting, audit trail
requirements and account statement distributions imposed by CFTC
rules, the Order of Registration requires NEX SEF to comply with
the specifications of CFTC Letters
15-68 and
17-17.
A total of twenty-four SEFs are now registered fully with
the CFTC.
