D.C. Circuit Delays Oral Argument In Clean Power Plan Litigation

On Monday, May 16, 2016, on the Court's own motion, the D.C.
Circuit Court of Appeals issued a Per Curiam Order delaying oral
argument in the Clean Power Plan legal challenge from June 2, 2016
to September 27, 2016. The Order also states that the case will be
heard en banc (before the full court). A copy of the Order
