According to recent media reports, an increasing number of
companies and advertising agencies are signing on to the "Free
the Bid" pledge to include a bid from a woman on every
commercial the company or agency produces.
Free the
Bid, which is a non-profit organization, says that some
agencies have increased the number of jobs directed by women from
50% to 400%.
