  • The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill continues to make steady progress through the system; it is now being amended at the Lords Report stage.
  • Similarly, the Legal Services Bill and the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Bill are progressing.
  • The Corruption Bill appears to have stalled for the time being.
  • Some provisions of the Consumer Credit Act 2006 come into force on 6 April.
