Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner will host a discussion Dec. 8 reviewing topics of interest to U.S. Public Companies.
Co-hosted with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Heartland Chapter, this virtual event will examine key issues including best practices for recording board meetings, trends in corporate venture capital, boardroom diversity and developments with stockholder proposals and shareholder activism.
Panelists include BCLP Partners Vicki Westerhaus, Eric Rieder, Taavi Annus, Brendan Johnson, Tyler Mark and Todd Kaye, with Bill Cole moderating.
Joining them as key takeaway speaker will be Kevin Connor, senior VP, general counsel and secretary at AMC Theatres and director of NACD's Heartland Chapter.
