Since January 2020 the COVID-19 pandemic has undoubtedly impacted all industries across the world, including the offshore market. As a result, we have been regularly contacted to provide advice on the impacts to offshore business transactions in the near future.
With that in mind, we are pleased to launch the Appleby China Roadshow, designed to provide our Asian clients with the latest regulatory updates from the Cayman Islands, BVI and Bermuda and share insights on global trends from an offshore perspective.
In the sessions, which will be hosted throughout June, we will be discussing the impact across various sectors including Capital Markets, M&A, Banking and Finance, Restructuring, Funds and Economic Substance, and will share our insights on the impact of COVID-19 to help guide our clients during this uncertain and challenging time.
The roadshow will be hosted via a series of webinars throughout June delivered in Mandarin. Each 1 hour webinar will cover the latest insights in each topic area followed by 15 minutes of Q&A and further discussion. If you would like to join any of the sessions outlined below, please follow the link to sign up for one of the sessions or for more details, please get in touch with your usual Appleby contact.
