The fourth STEP Europe Conference will take place between the 27-28th June in Limassol, Cyprus. Year on year, this event gathers an international crowd of practitioners, academics, politicians and business professionals interested in latest legal, technical and regulatory developments. The agenda will cover topics such as family mobility, family governance and succession, and taxation of executives, employees, shareholders and private equity managers in relation to remuneration schemes.
Dr Anthony Cremona TEP, partner heading the Trusts and Foundations practice at GANADO Advocates and the chairman of STEP Malta, will participate in a panel discussion entitled "People and families on the move: new residence and citizenship destinations" as well as the panel on "Beneficial Ownership Registers under the 4th and 5th EU AML Directives: an update", both on Thursday 27th June.
