With more than 30 years of experience, Lieke advises domestic and international clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and management buyouts. Lieke's practice covers a broad range of sectors and clients, she has particular expertise in the financial sector. In addition to her transactional practice, she has held several senior leadership positions throughout her career.
Lieke's arrival strengthens Loyens & Loeff's position with Corporate Clients and in the Financial Institutions market and further enhances the firm's ability to advise clients on their most strategic transactions and corporate matters.
