PHILADELPHIA (October 6, 2026) – Building on the momentum of its market-leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity practices nationwide, Holland & Knight added Erin O'Gurek as a partner in the Firm's Philadelphia office. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. O'Gurek advised strategic and private equity clients at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
Ms. O'Gurek focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures and growth equity investment transactions. She routinely advises private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, strategic buyers and sellers, as well as public companies. Her transactional experience spans a broad range of industries, including healthcare, technology, energy, financial services, consumer products, and sports and entertainment. She will also support Holland & Knight's Legal Services Transactions Team, which is highly regarded for its sophisticated approach to law firm operations and is a market leader in management services organization (MSO) structuring, alternative business structures (ABS) and regulatory compliance. Ms. O'Gurek is the 20th private equity-focused partner Holland & Knight has added in 2026.

Before beginning her legal career, Ms. O'Gurek worked as a registered nurse in pediatric, neuroscience and perioperative care settings, a background that provides her with practical insight into the operational considerations affecting healthcare organizations and companies operating in the medical device, pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
