She will share her expertise on the topic 'Beyond fines:
compliance-based sanctions and procedural incentives for legal
persons in sanctioning proceedings'.
Taking place at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon,
the conference is part of the research project 'Corporate
Liability in Comparative and European Law'.
