Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Cyrela on the public offering of BRL 700 million in real estate receivables certificates (CRI) issued by Companhia Província de Securitização.
The CRIs are backed by real estate credits arising from the 18th private issuance of debentures by Cyrela Brazil. The net proceeds obtained by Cyrela from the issuance will be used to pay for expenses, costs, and disbursements not yet incurred by Cyrela or its subsidiaries, directly related to the construction, acquisition, and/or renovation of certain real estate developments.
The transaction was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira and included the participation of associate Camila Torelli, both from the Capital Markets and Securitization practice.
