Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman partner Maria Scungio will speak at the 32nd Annual Intellectual Property Law & Policy Conference at Fordham Law School (the "Fordham IP Conference"), which takes place on April 24-25. Maria will give a presentation on the topic of "Bad Fit or Just Right? Secondary Meaning for Product Shape and Color." Her presentation will, among other things, examine recent case decisions concerning secondary meaning in the context of product configuration and color trademarks. Maria will also moderate a panel discussion on the topic of Strength of a Trademark.
