Joseph is a Member (Partner) based in Stites & Harbison's Atlanta office. He is a member of the Business and Finance Service Group. He focuses his practice on transactional tax matters, counseling clients on domestic and international corporate mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures.
