Mr. Helfand serves as a vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois' Labor &EmploymentPractice. His practice covers a wide range of litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Mr. Riggs is a member of the Professional Liability, Labor &Employment, Insurance Law, and Workers' Compensation Practices. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas state and federal courts, and has represented clients and litigated throughout on a broad range of legal issues includingemploymentand labor matters, insurance coverage and bad faith advice and litigation, general liability, contract drafting, interpretation and indemnity, as well as admiralty, maritime and energy.

Mr. Lynch is a member of the firm's Labor &Employmentpractice. He and his group of dedicated professionals specialize in representing employers in discrimination suits, noncompete and trade secret matters, and otheremploymentdisputes. Mr. Lynch regularly represents employers in state and federal courts and administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division.

Mr. Shiloh serves as Chair of Lewis Brisbois' Labor &EmploymentPractice. He focuses his practice on handling single-party and classemploymentdisputes as well as non-compete, trade secret, and breach of contract matters. Mr. Shiloh has extensive courtroom experience in federal and state venues, including serving as first chair during trials and arguing complex motions.
