He helps secure necessary approvals for land developments in the Chicago metropolitan area and throughout the Midwest. Grady is the founder of Chicago African-Americans in Commercial Real Estate (Chi-AACRE), serves on the board of directors for World Business Chicago, and is a former president of the Realty Club of Chicago.
