The following lawyers were named to the publication’s 2024 Editorial Advisory Boards:

  • James Bergin was named to Law360’s Banking Editorial Board. Bergin, a partner in Arnold & Porter’s Financial Services practice, is the former acting co-general counsel, deputy general counsel and chief of staff of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He advises clients as they navigate the complex and ever-changing financial and banking landscape. As a member of the leadership team at the New York Fed over many years, Bergin interacted with a wide variety of domestic and foreign supervisory authorities and central banks.
  • Kabir Duggal was named to Law360’s International Arbitration Editorial Board. Duggal, a senior international arbitration advisor in the firm’s International Arbitration practice, focuses his practice on international investment arbitration, international commercial arbitration and public international law matters, serving as arbitrator, mediator, expert, and counsel. He is also an adjunct Professor at Columbia Law School and has spoken at 300 conferences and published 50 books and articles.
  • Abeba Habtemariam was named to Law360’s Life Sciences Editorial Board. A partner in Arnold & Porter’s Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice, Habtemariam advises life sciences companies on a range of regulatory, compliance, and legislative matters, with a particular focus on counseling pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers on compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. She routinely advises clients on the regulation of medical device software and healthcare IT, premarket approval and clearance strategies, promotional review matters, and cGMP compliance.
  • Ronald Lee was named to Law360’s Aerospace & Defense Editorial Board. A partner in the firm’s Government Contracts practice, Lee advises and represents clients in national security, cybersecurity and privacy, and government contracts matters. A former General Counsel of the U.S. National Security Agency 1994-1998 and Associate Deputy Attorney General of the U.S. Department of Justice 1998-2000, he helps companies structure and protect the commercial, compliance and strategic aspects of their relationships with key national security and cybersecurity government agencies and customers.
