An accomplished litigator, trial and appeal lawyer, Michael's multidisciplinary practice has a dedicated focus on family law, where he has extensive experience advising clients on high-net-worth disputes involving complex issues of income attribution, valuation, tax and division of corporate assets.
Additionally, Michael will continue working with clients on a broad base of advisory and litigation matters, including with respect to corporate and shareholder remedies, procurement disputes, product liability, environmental contamination actions, defamation, tort actions, fraud and white collar defense.
