The next session of the Compliance Task Force created by the European American Chamber of Commerce Auvergne Rhone-Alps (EACC) in partnership with Soulier Avocats will be held on Mars 14, 2024 from 8.30am to 10.30am at Deloitte's offices in Lyon.

The theme of this session will be "Risk Mapping: Definition, Issues at Stake, Methodology".

Following a brief review of the latest developments in compliance, especially with respect to Corporate Due Diligence Duty, our Counsel Claire Filliatre and Benjamin Bayard, Senior Manager Deloitte Risk Advisory, will share their experience in risk mapping and will discuss in particular the provisions of the Sapin 2 Law, the crucial importance of this risk steering and management tool, the various methodological steps in the risk mapping process, and the absolute necessity of close collaboration between the various stakeholders.
