The third session of the new Compliance Task Force created by the European American Chamber of Commerce Auvergne Rhone-Alps (EACC) in partnership with Soulier Avocats will be held on October 5, 2023.

This session will bring together experts from the Digital Transformation and Compliance Task Forces to offer a comprehensive look at the new CSR regulations and their impact on businesses.

Through a study of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) that will come into force in 2025, these experts will analyze the extent to which digital tools can facilitate automated data collection, documentation management and analysis, as well as data communication, and how digital is likely to be a factor contributing to better compliance and sustainable performance.

Soulier AvocatsClaire Filliatre: Reminder of the regulatory context, new standards and obligations for enhanced ESG reporting, need to make businesses more aware of their responsibilities with regard to social and environmental matters, new thresholds for optimal compliance.

Deloitte: Exploring the practices observed in companies and preparing for the reporting obligation during audits, degree of maturity required and items to watch out for.

Aras: Digital technology is revolutionizing the collection, management and analysis of information. Highlighting the importance of mastering data and documentation, essential for a successful compliance strategy. Discovering the compliance module used by some organizations to optimize their sustainable performance.

This session will take place on October 5, 2023 from 8.30am to 10.30am at Deloitte's offices in Lyon.
