NextWorld Evergreen is a growth equity firm focusing on consumer brands built on principles. Its investment will accelerate True Botanicals' retail footprint while advancing its branding and environmental and social focus. Additionally, True Botanicals will now have a board comprised of all women, aligning with the missions of both companies.
True Botanicals is a digitally native brand with distribution in prominent beauty retailers, including Nordstrom, Credo Beauty and The Detox Market. Sonoma Brands Capital – in partnership with Unilever Ventures – led the company's Series A financing round, which supported the brand's exponential growth over the last few years.
