Sheppard Mullin was recognized by the India Business Law Journal (IBLJ) for serving as U.S. counsel to Infosys in the company's acquisition of BASE Life Sciences, a Danish technology and consulting firm. The $110 million deal, which the IBLJ described as a "significant cross-border tech M&A transaction," closed on September 1, 2022.
