MFSA Issues Feedback Statement On Pillar 1 – Regulations Consultation Document

The MFSA has, earlier this week issued its feedback statement on
its Consultation Document issued on the 4 July 2019. As an annex to
the Feedback Statement, the MFSA has also issued a Rule
establishing the FinTech Regulatory Sandbox which is open for
consultation with industry stakeholders until 7 February 2020.
