Effective March 12, 2001, Mr. Emil Gordon replaced Mr. Tom Peacock as Regulator of Financial Services in Nevis. Mr. Gordon, an attorney by profession, has significant experience in the operations of the Nevis Financial Services Department. He is also a member of the Joint Task Force established by the Premier and the Prime Minister to enact legislation and enhance Nevis’ regulatory infrastructure so as to comply with OECD and FATF recommendations.
