Brandon Van Grack was a guest on NPR'sMorning Edition, discussing the Justice Department filing the first civil lawsuit alleging violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) since 1991.
"The judicial branch has not weighed in on this issue, except for one 1986 case,so it's going to be a big deal," Brandon said.
