Schoenherr advised Ondřej Zíta on the sale of OptimNet Solutions s.r.o. and OptimNet Solutions SK s.r.o., a freight forwarding business operating the largest night-time distribution network in the Czech and Slovak Republics, to the Hellman Worldwide Logistics group, one of the largest international logistics providers.

Established in 2016, OptimNet Solutions is the largest night-time distribution network in the Czech and Slovak Republics, using state-of-the-art technologies for distribution network optimisation, shipment scanning, track & trace and customer portal.
The Hellman Worldwide Logistics group, founded in 1871, is one of the largest international logistics providers. The group is represented by a worldwide network of 489 offices in 173 countries with more than 19,500people. In 2021 the Hellmann Worldwide Logistics group achieved turnover of around EUR4.07bln with 12,348employees.
