On April 27, 2022, experts of the Belarusian and Uzbek offices of GRATA International held an online webinar for members of the ProBusiness club on the topic "Doing business in Uzbekistan".
Nodir Yuldashev, Partner of GRATA International Uzbekistan, and Rustam Akramov, Council, Head of the commercial practice of GRATA International Uzbekistan, reviewed the issues of the legal aspects of company registration in Uzbekistan, opening a bank account for legal entities and individuals; answered questions on taxation of residents: general taxes and the right to use the simplified taxation system (STS). Special attention was paid to reviewing preferential regimes of Uzbekistan: IT-PARK, free economic zones, free industrial zones and small industrial zones.
