Carey Olsen has promoted Tiffy Wan to counsel in the firm's Hong Kong SAR office and Holly Brown to senior associate in Jersey.

Tiffy, who joined Carey Olsen last year, specialises in commercial and corporate finance transactions, including Hong Kong and US-based initial public offerings, SPACs and de-SPACs, secondary securities offerings, restructurings (including schemes of arrangement), mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, fundraising and fund finance transactions for both public and private companies.

Holly joined Carey Olsen's Jersey office in 2013 and advises on a range of corporate, banking and finance matters, including various listing transactions on The International Stock Exchange. She is also a member of the Jersey digital assets team and has acted in a number of notable fintech, crypto and blockchain matters for the firm.
