A team of banking and finance experts from Gowling WLG has advised Zzoomm plc, the UK fibre network operator, on its investment in a £100 million debt package.

The company raised the funds from ING, Hamburg Commercial Bank and Kommunalkredit Austria and the investment will allow Zzoomm to accelerate the rollout of its full fibre broadband networks across the UK. Zzoomm is currently building in six market towns and has a goal of connecting one million properties by 2025.

Gowling WLG's advisory team was led banking and finance partner Nath Curtis, supported by principal associate Angela Rawlins, senior associate Sarina Mann, along with fee earners across the firm.
