They will discuss the new concept of a Data Commissioner announced by both the federal and Ontario governments, as well as the emerging policy framework for artificial intelligence, including the consultation of draft guidance on the use of AI by government issued by the Government of Ontario, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Guidance.
