On October 10, 2013, Jason Weinstein will speak at the Net Diligence ® Cyber Risk & Privacy Liability Forum in Marina del Rey, CA.

Mr. Weinstein will moderate a panel titled, "Anatomy of a Data Breach from the Attorneys General Perspective."  The program will focus on how Attorneys General respond to breaches, what they look for in investigations, and how they interpret notification requirements.
