Osler is pleased to announce that Céline Legendre has joined the firm as a partner in our National Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Céline will be based in Montréal. Her addition builds on the strengths of our national platform, and our on-the-ground team in Québec.

Céline consistently delivers comprehensive solutions to clients' critical issues. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, including class actions, product liability, corporate and securities litigation, directors' and officers' litigation, shareholders' remedies and professional liability. She also advises clients on competition and antitrust issues relating to deceptive marketing, wrongful disclosure and alleged cartel activity, both nationally and internationally. Her work in these realms includes supporting clients through sensitive and critical internal and regulator-led investigations. Céline is also an established advocate who appears regularly for clients in courts of first instance, appeal courts, and before administrative and regulatory tribunals. She represents high-profile clients in a variety of industries, including technology and aerospace.

Osler's National Litigation and Dispute Resolution team litigates business-critical issues for organizations in Canada and around the world. Best known for handling complex corporate/commercial litigation and arbitration, we defend major institutional clients on high-profile and precedent-setting cases. Our industry-recognized team members are experts in complex commercial litigation as well as in the litigation specialties that major corporations call on most often. Osler litigators, however, don't just bring and defend key cases. Recognizing that our clients often wish to avoid disputes entirely, we are also an integrated part of a client's advisory team and work proactively with businesses to identify and mitigate risks that could lead to new legal exposure.

We are a home to top litigators in their respective fields and welcome Céline to our constellation of stars.
