Mr. Shiloh was recently appointed chair of Lewis Brisbois' Labor & Employment Practice. He focuses his practice on handling single-party and class employment disputes as well as non-compete, trade secret, and breach of contract matters. Mr. Shiloh has extensive courtroom experience in federal and state venues, including serving as first chair during trials and arguing complex motions. He maintains a diverse client base, representing businesses in litigation and regularly providing guidance on an array of complicated and high-risk matters.

Mr. Pete is a member of the Labor & Employment, Complex Business & Commercial Litigation, and Professional Liability Practices. He has significant experience representing businesses in employment related matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment ,and violations of wage and hour laws. Mr. Pete assists clients in navigating the complex array of federal, state, and local employment laws by advising on employment agreements, terminations, investigations, severance agreements, and proper classification of employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Mr. Tango is a member of Lewis Brisbois' Labor & Employment Practice. He is an experienced labor and employment attorney who focuses his practice on the representation of employers in federal and state courts, as well as before federal and state administrative agencies, in actions alleging employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
