Cadwalader has been shortlisted for three 2024 IFLR Americas Awards, announced March 7.
Reflecting its continued leadership in the securitization markets, the firm has been nominated for "Team of the Year" in the Securitization and Structured Finance category. Cadwalader was also shortlisted for two "Deals of the Year" in the same category: BlackRock DLF IX-L and New Mountain Capital rated notes feeder.
Winners will be announced in an awards ceremony in New York on May 15.
