We are pleased to welcome
Keith M. Kollmeyer
as a Member in the firm's Litigation Practice.

Keith joins Mintz in Boston, where he represents financial institutions in complex litigation involving structured financial products and consumer financial products and provides guidance on regulatory matters and risks associated with these products. He has a particular focus on matters involving asset-backed securities (ABS), often advising clients in unique and challenging circumstances and handling first-of-their-kind issues affecting the ABS industry.

Keith has extensive experience counseling corporate trustees, securities administrators, paying agents, servicers, and other parties. His capabilities and experience span all types of financial products, such as securities backed by residential mortgage loans, whole business assets, private student loans, and other assets. He regularly handles financial product matters involving investors, deal parties, and financial regulators, including litigating high-stakes cases in state and federal courts in New York and Delaware and advising clients on cross-border issues.

In addition to his financial products practice, Keith has an active pro bono practice that has included immigration removal matters involving unaccompanied minors.

Prior to joining Mintz, Keith was a partner at a global law firm, where he built a significant practice focused on financial institutions. Keith earned his JD, magna cum laude, from Boston University and a BBA, summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
