Foley & Lardner LLP is pleased to announce that Paige Randall, an attorney in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, has been appointed to serve a two-year term on the District of Columbia LGBTQ+ Bar Association's Board of Directors.

Founded in 1990, the District of Columbia LGBTQ+ Bar Association is an independent, non-partisan bar association serving lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender lawyers, law students, and legal professionals in the national capital area. The District of Columbia LGBTQ+ Bar Association works to advance the interests of the LGBT community, to be their voice within the legal community, and to improve their professional lives.

Paige is a member of Foley's Fund Formation & Investment Management and Transactions Practice Groups. She focuses her practice on the formation of private equity, venture and hedge funds, and she represents sellers and fund sponsors in a range of secondary transactions. Additionally, Paige advises a variety of investors in connection with their investments in private funds.
