The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) has received
reports regarding the issuance of Notices of Inspection (NOIs) by
the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arm of the Department
of Homeland Security (DHS). It has been reported that, last week, a
new round of approximately 500 NOIs, directed toward employers
engaged in critical infrastructure, agriculture and other
industries, were issued.
