Ogier in Ireland has been officially recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland in the Great Place to Work® Awards 2024 – making it the only Irish law firm included on the list.

It's the seventh year the firm has been named as a top Irish workplace, following direct feedback from employees provided in an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.

Managing partner John Hogan said: "We are extremely proud of our people and honoured to have been recognised yet again as a Great Place to Work® Ireland. After a year of change for the firm, in which we merged with global firm Ogier, we listened to our staff and maintained our company culture and ethos throughout. We are also humbled to be the only law firm in Ireland recognised on this list. A huge congratulations to all the winners and our fantastic Great Place to Work committee."

Cathal Divilly, CEO of Great Place to Work® Ireland, congratulated all the companies recognised by the awards and praised their dedication to fostering an environment where all employees can thrive.

"They have exceeded expectations in their dedication to their employees and cultivated a great workplace culture where everyone can be themselves and thrive at work," he said. "This achievement is not just a milestone but a reflection of their tireless efforts at crafting workplaces where talent not only flourishes, but also feels valued and empowered."
