DECREE OF MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT SR ON EXAMINING ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION
The decree defines measures to determine the quantity of pollution emitted into the environment and the monitoring of pollution levels to ensure that these do not exceed statutory limits. There is also a specified time-frame in which factories must have equipment for measuring pollution levels.
The decree became effective from 1 March 1997.
