Paul is a partner in Campbell's Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring Group, based in the Cayman Islands office. His practice covers economic sanctions and other asset freezing measures, cross-border fraud and insolvency. Paul is also described by directories as the “go-to name for contentious insurance work” in the Cayman Islands and regularly advises professionals and their insurers on coverage and liability issues.

Paul is an experienced advocate and recently appeared as leading counsel in Re Obelisk and Re Performance Insurance, two of the most significant cases on segregated portfolio companies.

Jane Hale is a partner in our Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring Group where she specialises in commercial litigation with a particular focus on fund disputes and partnership and shareholder disputes. She also specialises in contentious and non-contentious cross-border insolvencies and restructurings, advising insolvency practitioners, stakeholders and creditors in a range of distressed and insolvent situations.

Jane obtained her double bachelor’s degree in Law & Criminology in Queensland, Australia. She then spent nearly four years living and working in London and then another four years in the Cayman Islands, before moving to Hong Kong. Jane joined Campbells in 2019.

Mark is a partner in our Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring Group where he specialises in insolvency, restructuring and investment fund litigation. Mark advises and appears in the Cayman Islands Courts on behalf of provisional and official liquidators, creditors, shareholders, directors, managers and other professional service providers in relation to a broad range of pre and post liquidation disputes. He has acted in litigation involving widely varying commercial contexts and structures, but his practice principally involves distressed and failed investment funds.

Mark regularly publishes articles and speaks at seminars and conferences on issues relevant to insolvency, restructuring and investment fund litigation.
