The Goodwin Paris Technology team advised Mendo, a French start-up specializing in the adoption of generative artificial intelligence tools in the workplace, on its €12 million Series A funding round.

The round was led by Ventech and Educapital, alongside Ovni Capital and Tomcat.

This transaction will enable Mendo to accelerate the deployment of its SaaS platform, which integrates with existing tools and supports companies in adopting generative AI and monitoring its use across teams.

Founded in 2021, Mendo develops technology designed to drive large-scale operational adoption of AI within organizations.

The Goodwin team consisted of Xavier Leroux, Louis Taslé d’Héliand, and Joséphine Remoussenard.
