Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (HSF Kramer) has advised SafetyCulture on its acquisition of Twine, whose software platform uses AI to analyse sales analytics.
The HSF Kramer team was led by partner and Co-Head of Venture & Growth Capital, Australia, Elizabeth Henderson, senior associate, Roy Carbone and solicitor, Zoe Feldman, with support from partners Toby Eggleston and Miles Bastick and solicitor Hugh McLaurin.
