Appleby is proud to have acted as Jersey and Guernsey counsel, alongside Eversheds Sutherland, to Tower Transit which forms part of the Australian listed Kelsian Group, on the purchase of Libertybus in Jersey and CT Plus in Guernsey from the HCT Group.

The Kelsian Group is Australia's biggest land and marine transport provider, and Tower Transit also operates international public transport contracts in Singapore and London.

The Appleby Jersey team was led by Appleby partner Christophe Kalinauckas who was assisted by partner Niall MacDonald, associate Michael Davies and paralegal Holly Tanguy. Partners Jeremy Berchem and Richard Sheldon advised in Guernsey.
