Sher, Lawrence Block, and Elizabeth Leavy have joined the firm as
partners, and William Kirkwood has joined as Of Counsel,
specializing in government contracts and litigation matters within
the firm's Litigation Department and Government Investigations,
Enforcement, and Compliance Practice.
This nationally recognized team of government contracts
attorneys adds significant government contracts experience to the
firm. Their primary base of operations will be in Winston's
Washington, D.C. office. Their broad government contracts practice
includes handling litigation, protests, regulatory, and
transactional matters for clients across many different industries
and sectors. Furthermore, their experience also will enhance and
complement the firm's litigation capabilities in the health
care and life sciences sectors.
