The Ministry of Finance has amended the rules governing compensation for business trips within the CIS raising the tax-deductible per diem compensation to 400,000 Karbovanets (around US $2.5) for Ukraine and 30,000 Roubles (around US $6) for Russia. (Ministry of Finance order No 16 of 31 January 1995).
