Los sistemas de denuncias pueden tener muchas formas y tamaños. Pueden ser digitales, telefónicos, cara a cara, correos electrónicos, externos, internos o una combinación de todo. ¿Cómo funcionan las denuncias de irregularidades?

PASO 1: El denunciante envía un mensaje a través del sistema de denuncias

El sistema de denuncias contiene un canal de reporteo, que es la interfaz a través de la cual la organización puede comunicarse con el denunciante, de forma anónima o abierta. El denunciante accede al canal a través del sitio web del sistema de denuncias de la organización. Después de que el informe haya sido enviado, el denunciante recibirá un número de identificación y una contraseña en la pantalla. Utiliza el número de identificación y la contraseña para iniciar sesión de forma segura en el sistema de denuncias y seguir el procesamiento de el informe. Toda la información está encriptada. Las direcciones IP no se almacenan y el anonimato está asegurado en todo momento.

PASOS 2 y 3: Un miembro del equipo de denuncias de irregularidades accede al informe y toma medidas usando el sistema de denuncias

El sistema de denuncias envía una notificación al miembro designado del equipo de denuncias, informándole de que se ha recibido un informe nuevo. El miembro elige si debe ser notificado por correo electrónico o mensaje de texto. Se conectan a la herramienta de gestión de casos, a menudo a través de una autenticación de múltiples factores.
