Elvinger Hoss Prussen publishes an enhanced version of the
regulations governing the RBO, comprising the original French
version of the Luxembourg Law of 13 January 2019 creating a
Register of beneficial owners (the "RBO
Law") and the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 15 February
2019 on the arrangements regarding registration and payment of
administrative costs as well as the access to the information
registered in the Register of beneficial owners, together with an
English translation. For ease of reference, some relevant sections
of the Luxembourg Law of 12 November 2004 on the fight against
money laundering and terrorist financing, and of the Law of 19
December 2002 on inter alia the register of commerce have been
inserted in both language versions.
The publication is available on our website.
