Conyers Dill & Pearman is pleased to announce that Tracey Spevack has joined the firm as the Head of Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda).
Mrs Spevack will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and management and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business.
Before joining Conyers, Mrs Spevack was Company Secretary and Head of Company Secretarial for a leading fund group in the UK, having prior roles as Head of Company Secretarial for an international law firm, as well as in-house roles in the banking, investment/ fund management, defence and healthcare industries. She has over 25 years of experience as a corporate services professional and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
