Regulations relating to the Register of Beneficial Owners were published by virtue of Legal Notices 373 to 376 of 2017 on the 20th December 2017.

The purpose of these regulations is to implement the relevant provisions on beneficial ownership information of Directive (EU) 2015/849 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2015.
